How Do I Create A Professional Instagram Account?

Making the switch from a regular account to an Instagram Business or Creator account is easy. Here’s how:

  1. Go to your profile and tap the 3 lines in the top right-hand corner

  2. Tap the “Settings” button

  3. Tap “Account”

  4. Tap “Switch To Professional Account”

  5. Select “Business” or “Creator” depending on your preference

  6. Connect your new Instagram Business or Creator account to the Facebook page that is associated with your business (this is not required for a Creator Account but is recommended)

  7. Add any details about your account, such as the account’s category and contact information

  8. Tap “Done”

Your new Instagram Business account should be all set!
