Jennifer Norman has spent much of her 20-year career in the beauty & fashion industry working for such brands as L’Oreal, Victoria’s Secret, Neutrogena and Stila Cosmetics. She founded JNo Marketing, LLC to provide strategic marketing consultation to small and mid-sized beauty brands seeking well-managed growth.  In her current role, Ms. Norman is championing successful brand leadership for a top brand in the natural beauty industry.
